Seatback entertainment system did not work even when the flight attendant rebooted it. At least I had my cell phone to connect with wifi. Sort of wasted our first day of vacation. We left Pittsburgh at 630am and did not arrive in Mexico until late dinner time.

Generally good but there wasn’t any staff available when my luggage didn’t appear at baggage claim in Fresno. It took about half an hour to locate a staff member to open up the locked room where it was being kept. Security was a mess at the Helsinki Airport. Seating was very tight and not comfortable. Would rather pay extra to get more leg room. Overall, the flight was not as nice as expected. Even as a budget airlines, Iberia should at least serve water or light snacks, especially for international legs, no matter how short the flights are.

I liked the friendly crew and desk staff, all very helpful. Three out of five surrounding my family did not work. The seats and spaces under them were so small I could not fit my backpack, which I’ve always brought on flights and fit before no problem. I had no legroom, although I paid for extra legroom. I could barely put my bag in front of my feet and under the seat. In fact the flight attendant said that they had to reboot it and see if it was going to work and never did.
The only problem was there are games on the entertaiment system. The guy behind me played poker the entire time and poking the back of my seat. Plane was good but was delayed. Probably not AA fault but caused a 1 hour delay.
So, no movies, no games, no music… for 9 hours. The crew just told us that there’s nothing they can do but I noticed during the flight that there were empty seats, so they could have offered to us to change seats. Customer service could be better. I liked the piloting of the aircraft.
We were flying from London, Heathrow to Madrid Spain on a 2-hour flight without offering water, unless you want to pay for the water. We had to wait again for the okay to the pilot to take off so we were on the runway for another 20 min. Overall, we were delayed over 2 hours which felt like 4 hours. Flight ok, but me and other two passengers didn’t have connection with the entertainment in our seats.
I loved how they arrange boarding (starting with people seated in back and moving to the front). Flight crew was very polite and welcoming. Seating was ok, I felt like there was enough leg space however it is noticeable when the passenger in front of you sets their seat back. I would fly again the whole experience was great. The only feed back I can give that they don't do that American Airlines does is the crew there is more humorous with boarding and thank their passengers.
Also it took 2 hours to get our bags after our flight which was wild. My wife and I paid for seat selection to be together. My wife and I were on separate rows and the excuse they gave was they changed the plane. Also, I have celiac and asked for a gluten free meal in the ticket profile which they did not have. Bad experience with the staff boarding the gate.
